The K-Narrative Team of SNU Contemporary Korean Studies holds a monthly colloquium to critically explore the emerging trends in contemporary Korean narratives. We invite active participation from members of the university community.


The presenter on November 28 is Professor Hwang Jong-yeon of Dongguk University. Under the title “The Post-Novel Novel and Re-magicalization: A Reading of Han Kang’s Fiction,” he will explore the narrative characteristics of contemporary Korean fiction and of Han Kang’s novels.
